Master Keith Quatro is a highly experienced martial artist with over 40 years in Martial Arts. He holds a 7th Dan Changmookwan and 6th Dan Kukkiwon, along with Kukkiwon Master Instructor Certification, and serves as an International Referee for World Taekwondo.

He is a former California State Referee Co-Chair with CUTA, contributing to tournament development connected to the U.S. Olympic pipeline, and has also served as Referee Chair in Nevada, Washington, and Oregon.

Master Quatro’s background includes Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Tang Soo Do, Subak Do, and Shotokan Karate. He is also certified in Muay Boran and kickboxing, with additional experience in Judo and Kendo.

At his studio, he focuses on building strong technique, discipline, and confidence, offering high-level training for students of all levels.


Who is Master Keith?

Interim Instructor

Spyro Spyropoulos-Spears began his Taekwondo journey in 1988 in Greece and holds a 6th Dan black belt from Kukkiwon as well as a 6th Dan from the Greek Taekwondo Federation. He is an internationally certified referee in both Kyorugi (sparring) and Poomsae (forms).

In 2001, he co-founded the University of Southern California Taekwondo Club, where he served as coach and head instructor for 21 years, helping develop athletes and martial artists at all levels. He is also a founding member of the PacWest Taekwondo Conference.

In addition to Taekwondo, he has practiced Aikido since 2002 and holds a 2nd degree black belt in Tomiki Shodokan Aikido.

Beyond martial arts, he is also an experienced sailing captain.


Interim Instructor

Vincent Gonzales, 7th Dan Black Belt, FMA Guro Vincent started his Martial Arts Journey in 1985.

He is a United States Navy Veteran,  having served throughout Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Chief Hospital Corpsman and Surface Force Independent Duty Corpsman.

He began the study of Filipino Martial Arts in 1995, and became an Instructor in Pekiti Tirsia Kali, and Vee-Arnis Jitsu under Tuhon Eain Floresca at Shin Kali in Tokyo Japan.

He is currently a member of the Dog Brothers Tribe and holds the status of “Dog.”

He is a 2024 Inductee of the Taekwondo Hall of Fame and is also an International Poomsae and Kyorugi under World Taekwondo.
